or implied warranty of any kind inlcuding warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Milena Velba Club
offers no assurance of uninterrupted or error free service. The entire
risk as to the quality and performance of the materials and all services
provided by Milena Velba Club is borne to you. In no event shall
Milena Velba Club be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without
limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of
information) arrising out of the use or inability to use the material
